The Thriving Blueprint Course puts all of this together, so that you can Dream, Plan and Thrive.
Module 1: Defining the Dream
Build the foundation of your dream through strategic decisions which will give you confidence and control and documents the observations you want to make about your dream business.
We will be doing this by clarifying your Personal dreams, Business Dreams, the client’s problem, and your solution.
Module 2: Planning the Money
How much cash is needed to start the business and run each area of the business, but also fits into the defined dream.
This will enhance your understanding and control of the cash, which is part of the optics of the business.
Module 3: Controlling the Cash
Once the cash starts moving in and out of the business, how are you going to control the cash to keep it on track with the planned vs the actual money.
This module will also give you insight into the areas that are not going to plan.
Module 4: Story in Numbers
What detail information do we need from the financials to manage the business and how are we going to organise the information to show us where the cash is going and build confidence in what we are doing.
It is also defining the Monthly Reports which helps with control.
Module 5: Streamline the Process
How will the information flow through the business?
What process can we put in place that limits duplications, rework, or miscommunications and or wasted time searching for the information.
Time is money in business so make the most of the resource.
Module 6: Embrace the Cloud
What software can we use to support and improve the processes outlined in Module 5.
Module 7: Thrive through Observations
Here is where we complete the circle.
We make new observations about how the previous strategic decisions are working and whether we wish to adjust our journey to consider, bumps in the road, road closures or detours because a different opportunity has been presented to you and is more in line with your dream.
One thing I have learned no matter what your dream is, you need to be wildly creative and unique with your product and service to stand out and have value, but how you run and structure your business needs to be very planned, even your marketing, especially if you want to have the dream and thrive in both work and life.
